Terms and Conditions for Space Hire
Thank you for choosing our versatile space for your event, photoshoot, training session, workshop, or special occasion. By booking our space, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Payment
- Bookings are made on a hourly or daily basis with a fixed daily rate. The standard access time is from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- An email request must be sent to admin@littlemissellie.com to request any access time outside the standard hours. Additional charges may apply for extended hours.
- Full payment is due at the booking time, unless otherwise agreed.
2. Capacity
- The space can accommodate up to 40 people comfortably.
- You must ensure that the number of attendees does not exceed this limit for safety and comfort reasons.
3. Facility Usage
- The space includes the following amenities:
- Small sink
- Mini Fridge
- Cold water
- Toilets
- The facilities are intended for light use. Please ensure that all appliances and equipment are used properly and are turned off when not in use.
- Any damage to the space, equipment, or facilities during your booking will result in additional charges for repair or replacement.
4. Event Conduct
- The space is intended for business activities, workshops, training sessions, meetings, and private events.
- Noise levels must be kept reasonable and in accordance with local regulations. No loud music or disruptive behavior is permitted.
- No open flames, including candles or sparklers, are allowed without prior approval.
- All activities must comply with local health and safety regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure the safety of your guests during the event.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
- If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event, the full booking fee may be forfeited.
- If rescheduling is necessary, please contact us as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply depending on availability.
6. Cleaning and Condition of the Space
- The space should be returned in the condition it was received. You are responsible for leaving the space clean, Please use bins provided.
7. Liability and Insurance
- You agree to take full responsibility for the safety and conduct of all guests and participants during the booking period.
- We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or illness that may occur during your booking.
- Business owners - It is recommended that you arrange your own event insurance to cover any potential damages or liability.
8. Property Damage
- Any damages to the space, furniture, equipment, or facilities will be assessed and the cost of repairs or replacement will be charged to the booking party.
9. Right to Refuse Service
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion, particularly if we believe the event may violate any local laws, create a safety hazard, or disrupt our premises or neighboring areas.
10. Force Majeure
- We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or emergencies).
11. General Terms
- We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes prior to your booking.
